Gym & Fitness Center


Central Park boasts an impressive gym filled with a wide variety of weight machines and cardiovascular workout machines, such as treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers and bikes. There are no free weights, but there are more than enough machines to allow workouts for all parts of the body. 

The Fitness Center also has a large aerobics room, which can be used for yoga, dance and pilates. The gym is air conditioned and even has free cable TV ! 

FITNESS CENTER RULES


​​Gym Hours: 24 hours a day (Members Only)


  1. No one under 18 years of age is allowed to use any of the equipment.

  2. Do not open door for people who do not have a key.

  3. To ensure a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, please be courteous and respectful of others using the facilities. 

  4. During peak hours (or while others are waiting) limit your time on the treadmill, stair-climber, stationary cycle, etc. to between 20 and 30 minutes.

  5. Please pick up your towels, water bottles, newspapers, or magazines.

  6. Wipe down each piece of equipment for the next user.

  7. Wear proper attire (no "cut-off shorts" or sandals).

  8. No food or beverages (except water).

  9. When using the Fitness Center you must carry your Resident I.D. Card with you (Security reserve the right to request it at any time).


Please use the equipment responsibly. Read and follow all posted instructions & notices. The Association cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained through improper use of the equipment, nor can it guarantee the function or serviceability of each machine at any particular time. If necessary, consult your doctor before using the equipment for the first time.
