The request must be made at least 10 days prior to the event.
- An owner or resident with a current lease approval may request to reserve the space by applying in in writing to the Community Manager. Note: Requests from owners who are not current with their condo fees or from tenants who have not provided the necessary lease documents to the office will not be approved.
- The applicant must be prepared to accept responsibility for their group and all guests.
- The rules and regulations set forth for use of the clubhouse for private events will be presented to the resident prior to accepting a monetary deposit.
