Central Park a Metrowest Condominium is a 400-unit gated community just minutes from downtown Orlando and the area’s major attractions including Universal Studios and Disney. Lined with beautiful trees and lush landscaped grounds, the 23-acre community is a replica of New York’s Central Park.
Central Park was at one time an apartment complex built in the 1980s. Conversion by the developers to condominiums began in 2005. Central Park was so popular that the developers were able to contract every unit within 72 hours. Turnover to the association was completed in March 2006. For many of those residents who had been renting an apartment, it was their first time to own a home.
Residents enjoy two pools and spas, tennis courts, volleyball court, car care centers and a highly popular gazebo-style kitchen area complete with commercial grills. Central Park has a full on-site staff consisting of five maintenance staff and two office staff. Central park has received multiple awards for community living, safety & security and for innovation in community management.
